I would give Josh 100 stars if I could!! Josh was my buying agent a few years ago and my selling agent now. He is genuinely the one of the nicest people I have ever met! I met Joshua Wheelus for the first time at an open house. He referred me to several different people I could contact to discuss getting preapproved for a home loan. He told me even if I wasn't buying the house from his seller that he would help me find the right home for me and he did just that.
